This year we are celebrating our 37th year in business. We are very proud of our reputation in both Maine and New Hampshire. We think our actions (professionally supporting our customers, better than anyone else in our industry) is why we have survived and thrived in tough economic times – our commitment to you has never wavered.

Nor are we resting on our “laurels”. Every month we try to improve some part of our operation, always with you in mind. Already this year we have launched a new website, a new estore for more convenient shopping, sped up delivery, decreased shipping costs, replaced the ‘recording’ when you call our store with more friendly voices, added more service technicians, added a knowledgebase (FAQ section of website) to help answer your questions even when we’re not open, and made our referral program easier to use. ($150 for every buying friend or colleague you send our way!)

I keep a flexible schedule, thereby allowing me the opportunity to speak with any customer directly, anytime you wish.
